At LELET NY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury hair accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn, original-condition items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
